I was in a position where I needed a quick fix to fill a number of vacancies. My Swansea Jobs allocated me an account manager,  who looked at my requirements. A campaign was created within my budget that met my needs. The strategy varied from a banner to e-mails sent directly to their mailing list. The ongoing monitoring of my vacancy by the account manager allowed me to step back and get on with other tasks. As a result in 5 weeks I had 5 hires, so a cost of under £100 per hire.
