Sales Advisors – Swansea City Centre
At CommsDirect, we will teach you all you need to know with a brilliant Four Week Training Programme and pay you a £200 bonus payment on successful completion of training/ probation.
You don’t need previous sales experience but you will need to be a confident communicator with the right attitude and drive to succeed.
We’re a progressive sales and marketing company who sell mobile phones on behalf of the UK’s leading 3G mobile networks and here’s what we can offer you:
• Guaranteed basic wage (paid weekly) with uncapped commission structure.
• Increase in hourly rate after passing probation. Our good salespeople are earning up to £375+ per week.
• Target & go – complete your daily target and go home early.

• Weekly hours: Mon (10-6pm), Tues-Thurs (9-6pm), Fri (9 to 4.30pm).
