We are established as one of the UK leading telecommunications call centres. We are now looking for talented team leaders to drive our successfull call centre.
This role would auit an ambitious and experienced sales person who is looking for that chance to break into management. The successfull candidate will be responsible for driving sales of their team whilst maintaining moral. For the right person, there is potential to grow into a role of manager as the company expands.
Applying your proven experience and backed with our ongoing training you will be responsible for managing your team including the people management of a 6-12 strong sales team. Your role will focus on ensuring targets are consistently achieved, customer satisfaction, quality control, and company policy and procedures.
Reporting directly to the floor manager you will play a important role and key responsibilities will include:
- maintaining team morale and motivation
- ensuring all team members achieve and exceed sales targets
- assisting management with – recruitment, training
To succeed in this position you must have a track record in sales with experience of managing a sales team, ideally within the mobile phone industry or be a natural leader with exceptional people skills.
As part of this position you will be expected to demonstate your ability to sell and consistently achieve your own targets as we employ a policy of leading by example.
