    I’m a woman who has Autism and am about to move into my own home in the Skewen area. I seek a female staff support team who will support me to live independently at my new home and in the community.

    SENIOR SUPPORT WORKER/PRACTITIONER – 30 hours per week shift working £15,743/£20,538 per annum
    Must have at least three years experience of working within Residential or Day Service provision. The successful post holder must be flexible and experienced working off own initiative and ability to manage a small support team. It is desirable that candidates hold a valid driving licence and have achieved a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

    SUPPORT WORKERS – Various hours ranging from 21 to 24 hours per week shift working £8,460/£10,980 per annum
    Must have a least twelve months experience of working within Residential or Day Service provision. The successful post holder must be flexible and ability to work off own initiative. It is desirable but not essential that candidates hold a valid driving licence and have achieved NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or be prepared to work towards.

    SENIOR SUPPORT WORKER PALE ROAD – Average 18 hours per week shift working £7,865/£9,575 per annum
    SENIOR SUPPORT WORKERS LONGFORD – Average 37 hours per week shift working £15,227/£18,570 per annum
    Must have at least two years experience of working within Residential or Day Service provision. The successful post holders must be flexible, experienced and have the ability to work off own initiative working as part of a team It is desirable that candidates hold a valid driving licence and have achieved a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

    SUPPORT WORKERS LONGFORD – Average 21.5 hours per week shift working £8,573/£9,745 per annum
    Must have at least one year’s experience of working within Residential or Day Service provision. The successful post holders must be flexible and form part of a targeted support team to work across Longford in a targeted support role. It is desirable but not essential that candidates hold a valid driving licence and have achieved NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

    The majority of posts advertised, there is a requirement that the post holder undertakes rostered “sleep in” duties which attracts additional payment not included in salaries quoted.
