Job Elements: -
• The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the Business Manager to schedule, plan and provide a full, efficient and effective professional service to ensure that the needs of the business are met 24/7.
• You will be required to communicate equipment requiring servicing to the Shift Manager in a timely fashion. Another important aspect of this role will be to develop, introduce and maintain management systems to assist and support the general day to day business activities.
• This role is very much an analytical role – manipulation of date using Exel and JdEdwards.
• The role will have specific responsibility in providing a high level of administration support within the business which will include and be not limited to:-
- Maintenance of Administration systems including site KPI’s.
- File maintenance, Personnel & training files/records including holidays.
- Update of daily sales, activity, wages and other costs systems.
- Co-ordination of established attendance system.
- Maintenance of equipment operating hours, reports and analysis.
- Establishing and maintaining a system to monitor equipment downtime.
- The upkeep of local registers including PPE.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Must have good data analyst skills, very good with excel.
• Must have good IT skills.
• The ideal candidate could be from within a data analyst background, could be a planner, good administrator.
• Promoting professional integrity at all times the successful candidate will be enthusiastic, self motivating, flexible and have a proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in day to day activities.
• He/she will need to demonstrate confidence in dealing with all levels within the organization.
• They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
