Job Elements: -
• From a front of house view the main duties involve manning the switchboard, receiving visitors, communicating messages, controlling various supplies to the building, managing the mail, etc.
• From a HR perspective, the successful candidate will have a variety of responsibilities, including collating data on absence and disciplinary, conducting exit interviews, preparing key performance indicators, maintaining organization charts, updating recruitment tables, creating and distributing internal adverts, promoting current HR/Company initiatives, minutes of meetings, general administration, as well as a range of other activities that may reasonably be requested.
• This role is ideal for somebody who has basic HR experience and would like to build upon it or somebody who has no HR experience but would like to begin developing in this area.
The ideal candidate will:
• Be a fresh business studies or HR graudate.
• Have a previous HR admin background. Would be advantageous.
• Ideal to have a manufacturing industry background.
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Conscientious and professional attitude.
• Strong character with effective communication skills.
• Quick thinking and capability to solve problems efficiently.
• Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
• Possess a good time-keeping and attendance record.
