A leading developer of innovative electro-mechanical products, this company has set out an impressive plan for future growth. Working in a high-technology sector, they have recently developed a unique product and secured significant financial investment. They are now looking for a talented and ambitious Manufacturing Manager to oversee their production processes and lead the company from strength to strength.


Role & Responsibilities:

*Organise production and control raw materials.
*Organise and control both manual and automated processes.
*Co-ordination of new product introduction.
*Manage scheduling and distribution.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

*Degree level or equivalent.
*Experience of manufacturing highly regulated products.
*First class motivational and management skills.
*Strong management experience
*Experience of manufacturing complex electro-mechanical products.
