| My client, a well know law firm based in Swansea City Centre are looking to recruit a Recoveries Executive Team Leader to work within their Dispute management team. As a successful candidate you will use the most effective legal means to recover the debts and/or property of clients via personal caseload and supervision of team members. Your main duties will include: • Conducting pre-legal case work • Issuing Proceedings • Enforcement • Advocacy • Client work • Supervision To work on: • Mortgage repossessions • Volume debt recovery • Recovery of fees and accommodation costs for educational institutions • Proceedings for payment for professional services • Proceedings for overpayment of salaries • Recovery of outstanding invoices for goods sold and delivered • Collection of rent arrears For this exciting opportunity, apply to Tailored Solutions Recruitment today! |
