Job Elements: -
• Deal with customer enquiries / orders over the telephone.
• Price goods, schedule orders and check feasibility against quality standards liaising with internal customers.
• Report back to customer and agree schedule and enter orders onto computerised system.
• Follow through order to ensure that production and delivery go to schedule keeping in regular contact with the customer.
• Keep in contact with customers regarding their requirements and canvass regular clients to see if they have further need for goods.
• Liaise extensively with Sales Managers, production and logistics / distribution to ensure that all orders are delivered in a timely and effective manner.
The ideal candidate will have:
• This appointment may suit a new and enthusiastic graduate. You will ideally be qualified to Degree / HND level in business or related.
• Ideally you will have internal sales office experience but this is not essential.
• You will have good administrative and IT skills including MS Office products.
• Excellent communicator with ability to work within a small but busy team.
• Experience of SAP would be very useful however full training can be provided.
• Any language skills could also be beneficial but not essential.
