Our client is a very reputable and established firm who are looking for an Employment Lawyer to join their modern offices in Swansea.
The successful candidate will have 2 - 3 years PQE and previous experience of Employment Law is essential. You will be responsible for a full caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, for both Claimants and Respondents.
You will be required to deputise in the Team Leaders absence, so a high level of initiative and responsibility is required.
You should possess excellent interpersonal, communication and IT skills and a professional approach to work.
