| We are looking to recuit a receptionist full time, working between two sites, one in Rhos on Sea and one in Colwyn Bay. The hours are as follows: 8.45-12.00 (Mon ? Fri) at Rhos on Sea 1 hour lunch 1pm ? 5.15 (Mon-Thu and until 4.45 Fri) in Colwyn Bay In the main, the post will involve answering incoming telephone calls, meeting and greeting visitors, taking messages, logging and distribution/franking of post. We will require someone who can use databases as they will need to carry out basis searches on the client database, and also have experience of Excel and Word. The ideal candidate will be welsh speaking and have worked previously in a similar role. |
