Randstad Contact Centre Solutions is currently recruiting for Premier Customer Service and Sales Representatives working for a global banking and finance organisation at their award winning business telephone banking centre in Swansea.

Dealing with inbound calls, you will be directly responsible for managing and resolving enquiries from Premier Account holders, providing financial advice as well as promoting other products and services to add to the customer's portfolio.
