Full Description:
We are recruiting for a global bank at their contact centre on the Swansea Enterprise Park.

Dealing with inbound calls, you will be directly responsible for managing and resolving enquires as well as promoting other products and services to add to the customers portfolio.

Basic salary is £12,700 PLUS Uncapped commission. This is a full time position (35 hours) worked on a shift basis.
