| An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with one of the fastest growing information service providers in Europe. Employing over 1400 people across four European markets, our client recently became part of the InfoNXX inc, one of the largest Call Centre Solutions providers in the world. The role of the Call Centre Manager will entail: . managing all aspects of the 400 seat Call Centre based in Swansea city centre . Delivering on service and quality targets and establishing and implementing Call Centre policies in line with corporate objectives . Manage, motivate and develop team members . Liaise with clients,; attending monthly and quarterly service review meetings . Work productively to continuously improve performance of the Operations Department Candidates must possess: . Minimum of 5 years management experience in a medium to large Call Centre . In depth knowledge of call centre technology and industry developments . Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills . Proven track record of exceptional performance, high productivity and meeting targets and deadlines. . Passion for providing highest level of customer service |
