Job Description
Food and Beverage Manager
(To Cover 6months Maternity Leave)
Youβre main duties would be to manage and control, the catering services of the Company, to the high standard required by the Health, Safety and Hygiene Regulations.
Experience and Skills:
’ Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous..
’ Information handling and problem solving ability.
’ Ability to see potential Sales opportunities.
’ Time management skills and the ability to adapt to change are essential.
’ Sound Knowledge of all Health and Safety Related procedures.
Responsibilities:
’ To assist the general Manager as well as Team Leaders towards the management of events and occasions held within the facilities.
’ Training and recruiting of Food and Beverage assistants.
’ To work towards all approved financial agreed budgets.
’ To carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required
