Job Description
€¢ To receive inbound telephone calls from Business customers regarding their needs.
€¢ To welcome new affluent commercial customers to the bank and coordinate Business assessments.
€¢ To assist in developing the portfolio of commercial clients by introducing relevant products to match their needs.
€¢ To assess the banking needs of Business Customers at pre-appointed reviews.
Skills
€¢ Previous proven experience in a strong sales and rapport building role.
€¢ Experience in offering a high level of customer service
€¢ Information handling and problem solving ability.
€¢ Ability to see potential Sales opportunities
€¢ Time management skills and the ability to adapt to change is essential
Working Hours
Monday to Sunday: 08:00 – 22:00 (10 week rota of shifts)
Salary
£20,000 Per Annum (Plus Performance bonus)
