Nurse Supervisor - Swansea
We are presently seeking a senior nurse looking for career progression into a supervisory/deputy based role.
Working within this small nursing home you will be required to act as part of the nursing team coupled with leading, directing and motivating other staff members and taking charge of the home in the managers absence. You will also be required to conduct assessments and update individual care plans as well as assisting the manager in the planning and delivery of high quality person centred care.
To be considered for this vacancy you will be a registered adult nurse with previous experience within elderly care.
Our client is offering a highly competitive salary in the region of £24,500 - £26,000 per annum.
