Job Description
Home Manager - Swansea
We are presently seeking a home manager for a small nursing home in the Swansea area.
As the registered home manager you will take complete control in the running of this home including recruitment, budgeting, marketing, training etc. The position ideally suits a deputy manager seeking a new challenge or an experienced home manager seeking a more active management opportunity. Due to the size of the home you will be expected to function as part of the nursing team when required.
To be considered for this vacancy you will be a registered adult nurse with management/supervisory experience. You will hold previous experience within elderly care with a sound knowledge of care standards & care planning. Excellent team leadership skills are essential as with good communication & IT skills.
