Job Description

Outbound Telesales Advisors are needed to join one of Swansea’s leading Client Contact Centres.

Location: Swansea Salary: £13K basic plus UNCAPPED COMMISSION, £30K OTE Benefits: 28 days holiday

This contact centre / call centre prides themselves on an energetic but professional working environment. Generally they look for Outbound Telesales Advisor candidates with ambition, talent, and the genuine drive to pursue and regularly achieve sales targets.

As an Outbound Telesales Advisor, you will be making outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting and selling services from a very competitive range.

The ideal Outbound Telesales Advisor will possess:

• €¢ Some previous sales, telesales, call centre, contact centre or customer service experience

• €¢ Great communication skills

• €¢ The ability to listen & learn, working as part of a team

• €¢ PC skills

• €¢ Living within 25 miles of Swansea

• €¢ Able to work 37.5 hours per week
