Deputy Manager (RGN) - Swansea

We have an excellent opportunity for a Deputy Manager or a Senior RGN with some form of management experience, ideally within an elderly/dementia setting. You will need excellent & up-to-date clinical knowledge coupled with nurse management experience and the skills to assist with leading, directing and motivating a team of staff.

You will also be required to conduct assessments and update individual care plans. Training skills would be advantageous for this role.

Excellent assessment, communication and time management skills along with sound judgement and IT literacy will be vital. A strong patient centred focus and a flexible approach to working hours including weekends will also be key. You will be working for a provider who are renowned for providing excellence in patient centred care and will offer the successful applicant a long-term & rewarding career path.

In return our client is offering a highly competitive salary in the region of £27,000 - £28,000.
